Get Up and Goji Berry Granola
Get up and go with this crunchy goji berry and raw cacao granola!
Preheat your oven to 150 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, except for the goji berries and cacao nibs. Next, line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and spread the mixture evenly onto the tray. Place in the oven and bake for around 35 minutes. Once ready, remove from the oven and stir in the goji berries and allow to cool. Finally sprinkle with cacao nibs and serve with almond milk.
Banana and Hemp Protein Pancakes
An utterly irresistible breakfast treat and the ideal start to a hectic weekend.
– 1 banana
– 2 free range eggs
– 100 grams of buckwheat flour
– 1 tablespoon of hemp protein powder
– A dash of (spring) water
– 1 pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt
– 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
– A handful of blueberries
Place the eggs, buckwheat flour and hemp protein powder into a bowl and mash in the bananas. Add the water and some Himalayan salt to taste and mix to create a thick batter. Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan, pour in some of your batter and gently fry the pancake on both sides until golden brown. Decorate with a few slices of banana and a scattering of fresh blueberries, and serve with organic honey.
Green For Go Breakfast Smoothie
This nutrient dense, gorgeous green breakfast smoothie will set you up nicely for the rest of the day!
– 1 green apple
– ½ an avocado
– 6 lettuce leaves
– A handful of spinach
– 1 stalk of broccoli
– 1 piece of peeled ginger
– 1 cinnamon stick for decoration
Place all of the ingredients into your blender and blitz until a rich, smooth liquid forms. Place the contents into a glass and decorate with a cinnamon stick.
