– 1/3 cup of raw, organic chia seeds
– 2/3 cup of spring water
– 1 tablespoon of organic goji berries
– 1 tablespoon of dried, shredded organic coconut
– 1 teaspoon of organic honey
– 1 tablespoon of organic pumpkin seeds
– 1 tablespoon of organic sunflower seeds
– A dash of almond milk
Place the chia seeds in a large mixing bowl and add the water. Stir immediately before adding both the honey and coconut. Stir thoroughly once more. Next stir in the pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. As chia seeds absorb lots of water, you’ll notice that your porridge becomes nice and thick quite quickly. Finally sprinkle with a colourful handful of raw goji berries and a splash of delicious almond milk and enjoy!
